Reading these General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter, "GCC") is a necessary and prior condition for formalizing the purchase of any item or product through the website https://3dlac.com/. The present GCC govern the relationship of the user (hereinafter, "the User") with LABORATORIOS 3D PRINT, S.L. (hereinafter, "3dlac.com").

These GCC also allow the User to learn about the important characteristics of the service provided by 3dlac.com, such as customer service, delivery service, guarantees and added value.

The completion of order forms, as well as the provision of banking data, credit card or PayPal, implies full and unreserved acceptance of all and each of the provisions included in these GCC published on the website of LABORATORIOS 3D PRINT, S.L. at 3dlac.com (hereinafter, "our Website").

Purchase process

Purchasing any of the items offered through 3dlac.com is very simple. You can search for products by category or by name. Once the purchase process is complete, you will only need to enter your shipping information, select your preferred payment method and in a few days you will receive your order at home.

Packaging material note:

At 3dlac.com we are committed to the environment. Therefore, whenever possible, we will reuse shipping boxes. It is likely that the package you receive may be packed in one of these reused boxes. We hope that our customers also become aware and reuse our shipping boxes or recycle them.

Offer validity period

The prices and conditions shown on the website are valid at each moment and are only valid during the open session. 3dlac.com is not responsible for any changes that may exist between sessions.

Prices, billing and payments

Item prices include applicable indirect taxes, according to the rates and other general and/or particular conditions, offers or promotions in effect at each moment, which will be published on our Website or through other means.

Shipping costs are not included in the item description and will be borne by the buyer. These costs will be indicated on the website and will be added to the purchase amount before order confirmation. Shipping costs will be detailed on the invoice.

The shipment of purchased products is subject to the payment of corresponding transportation costs, according to the provider and according to the following rates:

Returns

We package each package with the greatest possible care, ensuring that the products arrive at your home in the best conditions. However, during transport, an accident could happen. If your order arrives in damaged or bad condition, send a message through the website contact section or to info@3dlac.com within 5 days of receiving the order, including the order number, a photo of the product and a description of what happened. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Reasons for return

If the product is not what you ordered or has any problem caused during storage and shipping, we will exchange it without any problem, assuming the shipping cost ourselves.

If you decide to return the product because you don't like it, we accept the return within the deadline as long as the product packaging is intact. In this case, shipping costs will be on your account. If the order was shipped with free shipping due to a promotion, the outbound shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return has been requested, our support team will contact you to provide precise instructions.

Territorial coverage of services

3dlac.com provides its services generally throughout the entire Spanish territory. The prices indicated on the website are applicable to the Mainland. We do not serve Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands or Canary Islands.

Obligations of the parties

• Obligations of 3dlac.com:

1. Provide complete information about each item for sale on its website.
2. Take the necessary actions to enable the purchase of items through the website correctly and without incidents.
3. Offer an after-sales service and customer service.
4. Have the necessary means and provide the service in a way that guarantees that the buyer receives the purchased item in the best conditions.

• Obligations of the User:

2. Pay for items purchased through 3dlac.com by any of the permitted procedures.
3. Not use the website and the Service offered by 3dlac.com against the requirements of good faith or in an improper, illicit, malicious or fraudulent manner.
4. The User of legal age and will be solely responsible for the truthfulness of their personal data.

Order delivery and deadlines

The delivery of products, except for in-store pickup, will be made through a transport agency. 3dlac.com does not assume responsibility when delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient or due to the physical impossibility of making the delivery. The costs of the failed shipping and its subsequent return will be borne by the client.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, communicating it by email to contacto@3dlac.com. We will send you a return report that you must fill out and attach to the returned merchandise. This right is conditional on the articles and their packaging being in perfect condition.

Applicable guarantees

All products offered through the website are original and have a warranty period in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. If the item presents any defect or deterioration not related to misuse, the buyer must report it to our Customer Service.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Applicable legislation will be Spanish. In case of disputes, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Zamora capital, except in the case of consumers, in which case it will be the jurisdiction determined by consumer protection regulations.
